Seed Helps Launch the U.S. Global Health Security Strategy
Our CEO Dr. Vanessa Kerry recently spoke at the White House launch of the U.S. Global Health Security Strategy.
Joining virtually, Dr. Kerry was interviewed by Ambassador John Nkengasong, U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator and Senior Bureau Official for Global Health Security and Diplomacy, to discuss the new strategy, challenges and solutions for global health security threats, and opportunities for the U.S. to convene and partner with governments, institutions, and civil society.
In her remarks, Dr. Kerry made clear the importance of investing in strengthening health systems and the global health workforce so we are able to meet the burdens of disease we face today, including the threat from climate change.
